By using MC Skin Editor you agree to these terms. They're written plainly — no legalese where we can avoid it.

Using the editor

You can use the skin editor for free, for any purpose — personal, commercial, whatever. Make skins for yourself, for friends, for a server, for a Minecraft channel. That's what it's for.

Don't use the site to run automated bots, scrapers, or anything that would put unusual load on our servers.

Uploading skins to the gallery

When you upload a skin to the public gallery, you're confirming that:

• You made it, or have permission to share it
• It doesn't violate anyone else's copyright
• It doesn't contain content that's illegal or pornographic

We review uploaded skins before they go public. If a skin violates these rules, we'll reject it and may remove your ability to upload in the future.

By uploading, you give us permission to display the skin on our site. You keep ownership of what you create.

Content we won't allow

Skins that copy another creator's original work without permission, skins designed to harass specific people, or skins with adult content are not permitted in the gallery.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not responsible for any losses if the site is unavailable when you need it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Significant changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
